The 30-Day Leadership Challenge
The 30-Day Leadership Challenge by FranklinCovey invites you to stretch your limits, engage your team, and challenge yourself to become the kind of leader people will choose to follow.
Created by FranklinCovey, this challenge was designed as a unique way to simplify and demystify some of the most challenging, but exponentially rewarding aspects of great leadership.
The 30-Day Leadership Challenge includes 30 cards – one for each business day. They are divided into three categories, each with its own color:
- Days 1-8: Lead Yourself
- Days 9-12: Lead Others
- Days 22-30: Get Results
To take The 30-Day Leadership Challenge:
1. Focus on one card each day.
2. Read and reflect on both sides of the card before sliding it into the card display window.
3. Commit to two-three actions you will take to meet that day’s challenge.
4. Place the card display on your desk to reinforce your commitments.
5. Take any extra time you need on a particular challenge before moving to the next one.
